Inflation Steps
No tools needed. Just unfold, step on, and use.

Open the inflator.

Step on the foot pump repeatedly.

Close the inflator.
Make sure the valve is fully closed after inflation.
Deflation Steps
Follow these steps to pack the sleeping pad after use.

Open the deflator.

Roll the pad toward the valve to release the air.

Fold the pad and store it in the carry bag.
